Limited Warranty
Jagoutlet.com, Inc. warrants that the purchased product is fit for the purpose of ordinary use. The Company, at is option, replace the product or refund the purchase price for products that do not comply with the foregoing warranty. To request a refund or replacement call 805.593.0524. There are no other implied warranties.

The Above is your exclusive remedy for product defects. The company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Regardless of the theory of liability, company liability will not exceed the purchase price.

Return Policy
We make the best attempt possible to provide you with the most accurate and highest quality new and used parts for your Jaguar if there is a problem with a part you received we have a 30 day return/exchange policy on stocked items ordered from both our online site and over the phone. Some products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on returned items. If a product has to be special ordered or is considered special order the sale is final and no returns will be accepted.

Pricing
We reserve the right to change prices without notice or reason given. No price is final until a bill has been made. Please keep in mind exchange rates and demand constantly influence prices and may not always be in our favor.

Payments
Payments are negotiated and made in U.S. dollars only. The Purchaser is responsible for paying for any taxes, extra charges and import duties that might be incurred from shipping to another country even after the bill has been propagated.

Core Charges
There will be a core charge on all rebuilt items. Core charges must be received within 30 days of the sale otherwise it may not be accepted. A copy of the ordinal invoice must be included with all returned cores. Core charges will be credited only after it has been determined that the core is complete and is rebuildable. Any defective core will be credited accordingly.

Price and Product Changes, and Errors.
Prices and product suppliers are subject to common change. We strive to provide you with the best deals possible which means brand name may change.
